John was always friendly, professional and understanding, even after a leak forced us to postpone the work for a few days. What's more, we had to reschedule a second time after John identified some issues with a dripping tap and recommended we tend to them before having the bath reglazed. Despite the fact that this meant coming out to us twice, instead of once, John dealt with the situation with good humour. We knew right then we were in good hands.
